Andrew has a great team. He is always there to make things right. Stephanie also provides great support. With renos there is always unforeseen problems but Andrew gets right on it and resolves. It takes so much pressure off when all you have to do is call and all the services are available with one phone call. We were really pleased with our first reno of redoing the kitchen, all new flooring and all new blinds on main floor. All contacts were delivered by Andrew I did not have to search.

We have used well known kitchen renovation companies in the past and have been satisfied with the outcomes despite the significant price tag at the end of the project. Throughout our careers in real estate sales, we have come across countless beautiful kitchens. One in particular caught our eye.

It was a kitchen that a client had contracted out to be completely redesigned. Once finished, we were so impressed with the work and with the final price tag that we inquired about who was contacted to do the remodeling. His answer was Andrew Woodburn. When it came time for our kitchen renovation, we were excited to see what he could come up with. His design and price point were excellent!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Innovative Interior Consultants. From the first day to the last, they made the experience very easy. I went through a few other companies for quotes, and it was clear that this was the only company that wanted my business.

Tiffany and Andrew came up with a design that not only was beautiful, it took into consideration things that only a contractor would know. While the other companies gave me nice designs, I look back now and can see all the extra expense and stress it would have been to have to hire the contractor myself.

With IIC, they were able to do all the work to coordinate all of the windows/doors, kitchen construction as well as a new fireplace and surround in my living room. Since I work full time, it wouldn't be possible for me to have had this renovation done in the time period it was if I had chosen another company.

I really enjoyed being shown samples that were already within my budget and being able to pick what I loved knowing I wasn't going over budget. Choices with every item could have been extremely overwhelming, but it wasn't with Tiffany. She carefully picked out a few of what she thought I would like and let me decide. She took the time to know what I would like! My kitchen and living room are now nicer than I could have imagined.
